Copa Airlines is the flag carrier of Panama. The Airline operates more than 326 daily scheduled flights to 72 destinations in 30 countries around North, Central and South America, and the Caribbean.

Copa was founded in 1947 as the national airline of Panama and it began domestic operations to three cities in Panama shortly afterwards. The airline then abandoned its domestic flights in 1980, in favor of international flights.

The Airline is exceedingly popular in places like Trinidad where via Panama it links the Caribbean to South America and Cuba with multiple other connecting destinations.
