No single airline fly between the above destinations or even most of them.

There are many combinations but usually Western Caribbean (Jamaica, Cuba, Nassau, Grand Cayman) and Eastern Caribbean are poorly connected and often it may take several flights to connect.  Example, Grenada to Havana would mean going via Trinidad and Jamaica or Panama.  Or Barbados to Nassau again two or three changes of aircraft.
